Envera, in its mission to achieve and support the employability of people with disabilities, provides professional programs and specialized courses in different branches of knowledge so that students increase their chances of access to the labor market.
Our experience, based on a practical and individualized methodology, and the successful promotion of our students are our best guarantees.
In addition, all our students receive guidance and counseling to access a job:

Jara Envera / Tilo Envera - Labor Insertion Itineraries Projects
PROFESSIONALISM CERTIFICATES WITH INTERNSHIPS AND SCHOLARSHIPS:
- AUXILIARY ACTIVITIES IN NURSERIES, GARDENS AND GARDEN CENTERS / AND AUXILIARY ACTIVITIES IN AGRICULTURE
- HORTICULTURE AND FLORICULTURE
The JARA and TILO Envera 2022-2023 projects are part of the Integrated Itineraries of Labor Insertion Projects (PIIIL), which are financed by the Canary Islands Employment Service.
The general objective of these itineraries is to provide students with the theoretical and practical knowledge and the necessary social and/or personal tools to improve their employability, with the ultimate goal of enabling them to obtain, perform and maintain a qualified job and thus promote their social and labor insertion.
They are aimed at people with physical, mental and/or sensory disabilities with a disability certificate equal to or higher than 33% (whose disability is not an impediment in itself for the development of their own tasks) and who are registered as job seekers.
Requirements
- To access the JARA Envera Project (level 1 certificate of professionalism Auxiliary Activities in Nurseries, Gardens and Garden Centers + 2 modules of the certificate Auxiliary Activities in Agriculture) interested parties do not require a minimum initial qualification.
- To access the TILO Envera Project (level 2 certificate of professionalism in Horticulture and Floriculture), interested parties must have a secondary school diploma, a level I Certificate of Professionalism in the agricultural family or level II Key Competences.
The training is free of charge and each project consists of 15 places. They will be developed between January 18, 2023 and September 29, 2023, accepting documentation from any interested person during this period in order to select participants and create a reserve pool to cover possible casualties.
The general schedule for the courses is Monday to Friday from 07:45 to 12:45 hours.
The projects contemplate the realization of non-working professional internships to promote the social and labor insertion of the students of the itinerary and, in addition, the receipt of a monthly attendance grant at a rate of €9.00/day as well as a transport allow ance of €1.50/day of attendance and/or, where appropriate, a conciliation allowance.

Both PIIIL are aimed, each one, at 15 people with disabilities from the east and south of the island of Gran Canaria, with the objective of their subsequent incorporation into the labor market through Personalized Itineraries of Labor Integration (PIIIL).
They are free of charge for participants, with the subsidy of the Canary Islands Employment Service.

AROMEROS Envera - Training Project in Alternation with Employment

- CERTIFICATE OF PROFESSIONALISM IN AUXILIARY ACTIVITIES IN AGRICULTURE
The PFAE AROMEROS Envera is aimed at 15 unemployed people with disabilities on the island of Gran Canaria.
During their training, the students will participate in the work necessary for the implementation and maintenance of green areas in La Capellanía park and Los Aromeros farm. In addition, vegetables and fruit trees will be grown on the practice farm, the harvests of which will be donated to the Las Palmas Food Bank as Envera's contribution to vulnerable families on the island.
The main objective of the program is to promote the social and labor insertion of people with disabilities through training in the agricultural sector.
Free training in collaboration with the Canary Islands Employment Service and the State Public Employment Service (SEPE).
Commencement: March 2023.

- NEW TECHNOLOGIES WITH PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT
Objective: to enhance and promote knowledge in new technologies for people with intellectual disabilities, improving their opportunities for labor and social integration.
- PERSONAL AND SOCIAL SKILLS
Objective: to enable people with intellectual disabilities to acquire and develop a series of attitudes, skills and strategies in the personal and social sphere, necessary for obtaining and maintaining a job, by developing instrumental competencies linked to job profiles (reinforcement of self-esteem, knowledge of the work environment, basic social skills, etc.) in order to increase their chances of social and labor integration.
Action aimed at 15 people with intellectual disabilities and funded by the ONCE Foundation - INSERTA.

EmpleHABILIDAD Envera - Operational Program for Youth Employment
- PERSONAL AND SOCIAL SKILLS FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
With a duration of 240 hours, EmpleHABILIDAD Envera is the project that individually designs Personalized Employability Itineraries for six young people with disabilities who are unemployed on the island of Gran Canaria.
On February 1, the individual attention phase begins for each of the six young people with disabilities.

Exit_O Envera - POISES Program of Training Actions for Employment for People with Disabilities
- CERTIFICATE OF PROFESSIONALISM IN EDUCATIONAL LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
Exit_O Envera is a theoretical and on-the-job training project aimed at 15 people with disabilities on the island of Gran Canaria, training them in the area of dynamization and organization of educational leisure activities focused on children and youth.
Its general objective is that students are able to organize, dynamize and evaluate educational leisure activities aimed at children and youth, within the framework of the general programming of an organization, applying the specific techniques of group animation, explicitly focusing on education in values and taking into account basic safety and risk prevention measures.
Start-up: March 2023.
With the support of the ONCE Foundation and the European Social Fund.
