We work on a "win-win" basis, offering innovative and quality services. Thanks to them, we provide stable employment to more than 850 professionals with disabilities.

Radio Terrícola

Radio Terrícola was born as a workshop of the Envera Occupational Center and has been recognized with the Corresponsables Iberoamerica Award 2015. It is an opportunity for corporate volunteering without borders, since it is carried out online and people connected from different parts of the world can participate.

Envera has Radio Terrícola studios in its healthcare centers in Madrid, Colmenar Viejo and Gran Canaria, as well as a mobile unit with which the program can be broadcast from any location.


Once the program has been broadcast, either recorded or live over the Internet, the podcast can be shared by all employees for external or internal dissemination.

Volunteering, sustainability and environment

The Envera Orchard is one of the best places to develop corporate social volunteering. Sustainability, learning, inclusion and environment come together in this project located in the Envera Integral Disability Center in Colmenar Viejo.

We put at your disposal our Envera Pavilion, a reference in the world of inclusive sports where we pay tribute to the athletes on their return from the Paralympic Games.

Digital Corporate Volunteering

Your employees can't travel but you would like to do corporate volunteering? We have the solution.


During the pandemic, many companies wanted to support Envera's work, but restrictions made it impossible. So Envera launched a pioneering launched a pioneering project: the digital volunteeringwhich already includes companies such as Iberia and Coca-Cola.


The objective of this volunteering program is that your employees become loudspeakers of the Envera mission, and with them of the visibility of people with intellectual disabilities, through social networks, so that the messages of solidarity, encouragement, awareness and sensitization, and also of capabilities, of the most vulnerable reach farther and have a greater impact.

In addition, by working with Envera, companies improve their competitiveness and bottom line by improving customer experience and reputation, increasing employee engagement and reducing absenteeism, among other advantages such as tax benefits. 

Compliance with the General Law on Disability and CSR 

The General Law on Disability (LGD) obliges companies with 50 or more employees to reserve a quota of 2% of their workforce for workers with disabilities. 

In view of the difficulty for companies to comply with this law, this regulation is made more flexible by means of Alternative Measures which can be:

  • Donations to social entities that promote training or labor insertion. 
  • Contracting of goods or services with a Special Employment Center.  

By contracting your services with Envera you will be able to comply with the LGD by making a responsible purchase that will revert in the promotion of the labor integration of people with intellectual disabilities.
