At Envera, we believe it is essential that our students acquire the knowledge, experience and skills necessary to obtain a job that allows their social inclusion. 

For this reason, the training of people with disabilities, integrated in the Job Placement Service, is one of Envera's priorities to contribute to equal opportunities. 

Envera's educational professionals, with a long experience in the training of people with intellectual disabilities, use flexible and student-centered methodologies.flexible and student-centered methodologiesto achieve their maximum academic and personal development, instilling not only theoretical and practical knowledge, but also values and attitudes that will enable students to enter the labor market.

Internship program

Envera has extensiveextensive experiencein training for the employment of people with disabilities, offering personalized attention, specialized teachers and an internship program.internship programin public and private entities so that students can apply their knowledge and gain work experience.

Thanks to the agreements signed with theSecretary of State for Innovation of the Ministry of Economy and Businesswith theCommunity of Madridand with the city councils of Madrid and Colmenar Viejo, Envera students can carry out training internships in the public administration.
