At Envera we work with companies so that they comply with the General Disability Law, help us to employ people with disabilities and implement a social responsibility that helps them to be more competitive. We work on a "win-win" basis, offering innovative and quality services. Thanks to them, we provide stable employment to more than 850 professionals with disabilities.

All these activities are carried out from the Special Employment Centers of Envera Empleo SLU.

Envera offers a integral service at a national level for companies that want to train their teams, developing the competencies of their workers so that they have efficient, more productive and committed workforces with the company's objectives.

Subsidized Training - We manage your credit

Every company needs to have a team of trained and qualified professionals who contribute to the company's growth. To this end, they receive financial support effective through bonuses on social security contributions.

All companies and workers pay a monthly amount through the Social Security Contribution and for Vocational Training.

Each company is entitled to an ANNUAL CREDITamount that is available to it, NON-ACCUMULATIVE and NON-ROLLABLEto finance Training Actions.

Training Consulting

We analyze the training needs of the company to offer tailor-made solutions, with continuous advice and personalized attention.

In-company training

We organize the training at your company's facilities to facilitate the participation of employees in the courses, avoiding the need for them to travel and the expense and time that this entails.

E-learning training

The e-learning e-learning aims to make it easier for anyone interested in lifelong learning who, for personal or professional reasons, is unable to receive such training in person to begin or continue their studies using the possibilities offered by the latest technologies.

Compliance with the General Law on Disability and CSR 

The General Law on Disability (LGD) obliges companies with 50 or more employees to reserve a quota of 2% of their workforce for workers with disabilities. 

In view of the difficulty for companies to comply with this law, this regulation is made more flexible by means of Alternative Measures which can be:

  • Donations to social entities that promote training or labor insertion. 
  • Contracting of goods or services with a Special Employment Center.  

By contracting your services with Envera you will be able to comply with the LGD by making a responsible purchase that will revert in the promotion of the labor integration of people with intellectual disabilities.
