Subsidized Training - We manage your credit
Every company needs to have a team of trained and qualified professionals who contribute to the company's growth. To this end, they receive financial support effective through bonuses on social security contributions.
All companies and workers pay a monthly amount through the Social Security Contribution and for Vocational Training.
Each company is entitled to an ANNUAL CREDITamount that is available to it, NON-ACCUMULATIVE and NON-ROLLABLEto finance Training Actions.

We analyze the training needs of the company to offer tailor-made solutions, with continuous advice and personalized attention.
In-company training

Compliance with the General Law on Disability and CSR
The General Law on Disability (LGD) obliges companies with 50 or more employees to reserve a quota of 2% of their workforce for workers with disabilities.
