Organizational Structure

Envera is composed of three entities whose corporate name is as follows:

- Envera-Association, for the comprehensive care of people with disabilities through Early Care and Neurodevelopment, Training, Job placement, Occupational Centers, Day Center, Residences, Supervised Apartments, Sports and Leisure.

- Envera Employment, S.L.U., with Special Employment Centers that provide stable and protected employment to more than 850 professionals with disabilities.

- Envera Guardianship Foundation, which takes care of and accompanies people with intellectual disabilities in situations of neglect in their decision making and watches over their rights and interests.

Composition of Governing, Administrative and Management Bodies

Envera Association

The supreme governing body is the General Assembly of the members. and is composed of all the members of the association (article 7 of the statutes). Its powers are set out in article 8 of the statutes.

The President of the association is the representative body of the association (Article 7 of the statutes). of the association (Article 7 of the statutes). At present, the Presidency of the association is held by Mr. José Antonio Quintero Fernández. His functions are set out in Article 19 of the statutes.

The Board of Directors is the governing and management body of the association. of the association and is composed of a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary, five members for Madrid and one member for each of the Envera territorial delegations in which candidacies are presented for this purpose (article 13 of the statutes). Its functions are set out in article 18 of the statutes.

Remuneration of senior management

The persons with the highest hierarchical level receive the following remuneration for the performance of their duties:

1. President, Vice-President and Secretary of Envera Association: they do not receive remuneration or any type of compensation for the development of their activity.

2. Board of Directors of Envera Association: they do not receive remuneration for the development of their activity, except for the general director, who does not receive extra remuneration for being part of the Board of Directors apart from his salary as an Envera employee, and the travel expenses for attending the meetings of the Board of Directors for those members who are not from Madrid.

3. Board of Directors of Envera Empleo SLU: they do not receive remuneration or any type of compensation for the development of their activity.

4. Board of Trustees of the Envera Guardianship Foundation: they do not receive remuneration or any type of compensation for the development of their activity.
