15 students participate in the AILA X employment project financed by the Community of Madrid and the European Social Fund.

Fifteen students have successfully completed the theoretical and practical course of Warehouse Manager taught by Grupo Envera - Iberia Employees Association of Parents of People with Disabilities and funded by the Department of Social Policies and Family of the Community of Madrid and the European Social Fund.

This training, part of the AILA X employment project, aims to provide students with basic skills in areas such as marketing, warehouse design, preparation and dispatch of goods and stock management.

During the 80 hours of the course, the students were able to count on the participation of several professionals who contributed their experience in different areas, such as Mercedes Sánchez, from Grupo Envera, who spoke to them about relationships in the workplace.

Not only well trained, but also socially aware. Within the course, a day was dedicated to learn about the current situation of women in the workplace from Isabel Castellví, from the Women's Institute, who appealed to the need for gender equality in all areas. On the other hand, the Environmental Education Center El Campillo spoke to the students about the importance of caring for the environment and developing sustainable actions, such as recycling.

AILA2The practical part of the training has been relevant during the course, in which the participants were able to witness a simulated work accident at Mutua Fraternidad Muprespa and put into practice the knowledge acquired by doing a 24-hour internship at the company Festa Moda.

In addition, most of the students were able to obtain, thanks to the collaboration of the company Factoría de Comunicación, the license for driving and handling forklifts.
