Last Friday, six students with intellectual disabilities from Envera's Secondary Education and Destination Employment programs shared an inclusive day with Auren executives thanks to the 'Supercapacitados' program developed by the consulting firm in collaboration with Envera.
With this initiative, Nerea, Marta, Lucía, Laura, Alejando and Mario were able to learn first-hand about the work of the president of a large company, its CEO and the heads of areas such as Business Development, Finance, Human Resources and Marketing.

After an immersion in the different services that Auren offers to its clients and a tour of the headquarters that this multinational company has in Madrid, Envera students successfully faced the decision making process in the simulation of a board of directors.
To end the day, Envera and Auren participants participated in a special program of Radio Terrícola from the company's Picasso room, flanked by the Palacio de Congresos de Madrid and the Paseo de la Castellana.
