Human Avalanche on Terrícola Radio with Cesur Training

Madrid | May 8, 2019

From Cesur Formación we have received the pleasant visit of twenty-five people, between managers and students, willing to meet us closely to have a direct and intense experience that will possibly influence their professional future. So we are not lying when we say that, in our Radio Terrícola studio, we have been invaded by a real human avalanche, of course, with much respect and affection.

La Pecera's program had started with a strong start discussing gender stereotypes in some Disney movies. Our psychologist Carolina and Iván, an educator, accompanied by members of several groups belonging to the Envera Occupational Center in Colmenar Viejo, were engaged in almost metaphysical ramblings on the subject when suddenly a bunch of very young girls and boys began to appear through the door with the Envera agenda and calendar in their hands.

They were here to stay, there was no doubt, and since it was necessary to choose a spokesperson among so many people, Elena and Vanessa took the initiative, and with ease they answered the questions that arose spontaneously and others that were well thought out, elaborated with undoubted journalistic skill.

They have told us about the fundamental objective of the studies they are taking in Social Integration. Both emphasize the need for support, help and knowledge towards the most disadvantaged people and the pursuit of equal opportunities for all.

We discussed very interesting topics such as the future projects of our guests or the possibility of them doing their next internship at Envera: they confessed to us that they were very surprised by the number of activities we are involved in and the attraction that has arisen to participate in some of them.

Finally, one of the key questions posed by Laura, a student at the occupational center and a regular on the radio programs, comes up: what have you learned today at Envera? You will find out the answers by listening to the podcast of this program, in the link below. Interesting.

Thanks to our colleagues from the support unit at the special employment center, who have been part of the whole visit, to the teachers and students of Cesur Formación, who have been so friendly and participative, and our sincere wish to meet again very soon at our facilities.

Good luck!
