To thank them for their support, on November 22 the "Companies for employment" conference was held , where the importance of collaboration between the business community and the City Council to facilitate access and permanence of people living in the municipality to quality employment was also highlighted.

Among the distinguished organizations, Envera received the award for the second consecutive year for its participation in the 30+ and Fem Formació labor inclusion and insertion programs. The former is aimed at the employment of unemployed people over 30 years of age and the latter for the labor market insertion of unemployed young people under 25 years of age and in a situation of social exclusion.

Mercè Mir, Envera's services coordinator, and Alicia Dalda, social worker at its Special Employment Center in Barcelona, accepted the award and thanked the City Council of El Prat for its commitment to equal opportunities for the most disadvantaged people.

People like Daniel Martínez, a young man with a disability who, as he himself says, "came from a very bad period in which I did not feel fulfilled, and the opportunity to start working with Envera has been the best thing that has happened to me". With this renewed desire, Daniel has just found a job thanks to Leroy Merlin.

Emilio Gallego is another of the people who, after joining the 30+ program, now works at the Envera Special Employment Center in Barcelona. "I feel at home," Emilio assures. "There is a very good working environment and relations with colleagues are very good. I feel integrated, fulfilled and eager to continue and learn new things every day. I am very grateful for the help of the Support Unit throughout the process, as well as the City Council".

Together with Emilio and Daniel, Francisca, Ana and Javier now also have the opportunity to prove that we can all be the best at something, also in the world of work, which they have joined through the Envera Special Employment Center in Barcelona, which provides stable and supported employment to more than 65 people with disabilities.
