envera has given a course on Document Management as part of the AILA IX Project, financed by the Department of Social Affairs of the Madrid Regional Government and the European Social Fund.
On Friday, November 7, the theoretical part of the Document Management Course ended, where 7 users of the AILA IX Employment Project, funded by the Department of Social Affairs and the European Social Fund, have been able to learn and develop the necessary skills to work in a Department of this nature; performing tasks of data recording and digitization of documents. They have also learned basic knowledge of classification and filing.
The course has lasted 75 hours of theory where, in addition, the students have been able to count on recognized professionals to teach the transversal modules, such as Mercedes Sanchez from the HR area of Grupo Envera, who gave an interesting lecture on Labor Relations.
The representative of the Women's Institute, Isabel Castellvi, commented on the current state of gender equality in our society and made the students aware of the importance of achieving equality in all areas of life.
The environment also played a leading role and two technicians from the El Campillo Environmental Education Center were in charge of raising awareness about the importance of caring for the environment and how to do it. They gave the students training on recycling and how to give new uses to old and used items. They were able to put recycling techniques into practice by making a gift bag with old newspapers and brooches with Nestcafé capsules.
Finally, Rut Abad, from the Regional Institute of Occupational Health and Safety, taught the course users about the risks that exist in the office workplace and how to prevent them.
All this acquired knowledge is being reinforced with 20 hours of practical training, which is currently being carried out at the envera Group's Digitalization Center. The course participants are getting to know directly the operation, activities and organization of the course thanks to the willingness of those in charge.
Now it only remains to continue working to ensure that these people are inserted into the labor market and can put into practice everything they have learned in a job.
