What a wonderful interview Néstor Carballo has given us; enormous musician, better person and member of the musical group Arena. It is a pleasure to share our best moments of Radio Terrícola with such creative, friendly characters and with all the optimism emanating from every pore of their skin.
We are well aware of the sad panorama that artists in general are suffering. It is already more than a year and a half without concerts, without cultural events, without moments of dancing, socializing or listening to live music and enjoying together that unique atmosphere. Néstor, however, is not complaining, he sees the future with a smile on his face and immediately passes it on to us.
Since he took his vocation professionally at the age of 20, Nestor has toured a thousand and one stages, has worked with several bands, orchestras..., has learned a lot of instruments in a self-taught way, composes, produces... and best of all, enjoys to the fullest with what he does. That's where his best advice comes from: "enjoy what you do and the connection with others will always be good". We have taken note of his words: our musical rehearsals will no longer be the same, we are sure.
The grace, wit, spontaneity and good humor of all the participants in the program could not have ended in a better way. The rhythm in the body, in the blood of artists that runs through our veins, has caused an apotheosic and joyful end of the program where we have danced and enjoyed the best music of the musical group Arena. Our friend Néstor has left the bar very high.
