Envera and Islazul welcome Christmas with Coro Talía Mini and Radio Terrícola

Islazul has started the Christmas celebrations with the traditional lighting of lights in the shopping center, with the participation of people with intellectual disabilities from Envera and the Grupo Concertante Talía on a very special day in which visitors to the center were able to enjoy a magical and exciting atmosphere.

Islazul and Envera have maintained a close collaboration since the launch of the pioneering project in Europe '.Envera Inclusion Point', which has created eleven jobs for people with disabilities, gives a second life to objects and suitcases lost in airplanes and airports and has an impact on eight Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda.

Thus, last Friday morning, the announcers of Radio Terrícola de Envera were in charge of welcoming Christmas from the central space 'La pradera' in Islazul with a special program special program Javier Martínez, manager of the center, explained to the listeners how Islazul joins the illusion of these dates, which also coincides with the celebration of Black Friday and the World Cup, events that Islazul also wanted to join.

Marta Muñoz, coordinator of Envera Punto de Inclusión, wanted to "thank Islazul for counting on people with intellectual disabilities in the most special moments, betting on equal opportunities and becoming a benchmark of commitment, social responsibility and sustainability".

In addition, during the program, the testimony of some people who were having breakfast in the stores near the radio set was collected. Finally, the audience ended up singing and dancing several Christmas carols performed live by the Envera team.

This year's first Christmas Day at Islazul had a very special finale with the live performance of the Talía Mini Choir, composed of twenty-five children and conducted by Silvia Sanz, director of the Talía Concertante Group. Talía Concertante Group and the Orquesta Metropolitana de Madrid. The performance of "Christmas Carols of the World" thrilled Islazul's visitors, who thus began the countdown to say goodbye to the year and head towards one of the most special holidays for everyone.
