Madrid | April 25, 2019

On April 9, 2019, the signing of the collaboration agreement took place in Madrid between the World Compliance Association (WCA) and Envera- Asociación de Empleados de Iberia Padres de Personas con Discapacidad. Through this agreement, both organizations show their involvement in the implementation of projects related to compliance and the social and labor integration of people with disabilities.

Envera is a non-profit organization that serves people with intellectual disabilities throughout their life cycle, from birth to their last day of life, providing early care, neurodevelopment, school support and training, job placement and employment, leisure, culture and sports, as well as assistance in residences, occupational and day centers.

The organization's mission is to cover in a comprehensive way the needs of people with intellectual disabilities, achieving their full inclusion through employment. In addition, it is a certified entity in the implementation of quality management systems and accredited by Fundación Lealtad in terms of transparency.

Thanks to this agreement, Envera will be able to make use of the association's consultation service and participate in its working committees, as well as enjoy discounts on activities organized by the WCA and access its job bank.

This agreement is expected to highlight the great effort made by these organizations to promote compliance, as well as to learn from the progress made by other member organizations through the exchange of experiences.
