Envera is part, as it has been doing since 2014, of the Incorpora program of the "la Caixa" Foundation, which aims to support networking between social organizations and companies to achieve the employment of vulnerable people or those at risk of exclusion. This was confirmed by the general manager of Envera, Enrique Grande, with the signing of the adhesion to Incorpora 2021 that took place last Thursday.
Incorpora is one of the most important projects with which Envera's Labor Insertion Service (SIL) works, which has found employment for 426 people with disabilities since it began its collaboration with this program. During 2020 and despite the complicated situation caused by the coronavirus, Envera has achieved its record of direct insertions with the employment of 75 people with disabilities and the management of 88 job offers from different companies that have collaborated with the SIL.
Envera, whose priority objective is the social and labor insertion of people with intellectual disabilities, maintains agreements of this type with companies and organizations to make it possible for its beneficiaries to have the opportunity to access the world of work and that no one is left behind, especially in the current social and economic crisis.
Incorpora has more than ten years of experience in supporting networking and is a benchmark in the labor integration of people at risk of exclusion. In 2017, "la Caixa" Foundation celebrated, together with Envera and other entities, the tenth anniversary of the program.
