Envera, in its mission to achieve and support the employability of people with disabilities, provides professional programs and specialized courses in different branches of knowledge so that students increase their chances of access to the labor market.

Our experience, based on a practical and individualized methodology, and the successful promotion of our students are our best guarantees.

We are currently developing training programs in Madrid, Andalusia and the Canary Islands (Tenerife and Gran Canaria) in areas such as hospitality, waste management, gardening and agriculture, among others.

All our training projects include a methodology methodology adapted to the students and a program of internships in companies companies in the sector.


MADRID

COOKING AND CATERING COURSE. AILA xx 2025 PROJECT. FREE OF CHARGE AND WITH INTERNSHIPS IN THE HOTEL AND CATERING INDUSTRY

The main objective of the course is to enable and train people with disabilities to perform tasks related to the hospitality industry such as kitchen assistants, room assistants and / or office cleaning assistants and thus be able to access one of the most demanded professions in the labor market. in the labor market.


To this end, students will learn various techniques, procedures and essential habits through meaningful learning and will develop competencies and skills adapted to each of them. They will learn about the elements that make up a kitchen, the machinery and tools that are used, they will know how to work with raw materials, prepare food and present culinary preparations. In addition, they will be trained on the functions to be performed by each member of the kitchen staff, the ideal conditions of the premises, and the rules of safety and hygiene at work.

Persons between 16 and 65 years of age with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% (Social Security pensioners with a recognized total, absolute or severe disability pension, and pensioners of passive classes with a recognized retirement or retirement pension due to permanent disability will be considered to have a disability).


Beneficiaries must have Spanish nationality or be citizens of the European Union or of the States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or Switzerland who are in Spain exercising their freedom of movement and residence. Foreigners who are not citizens of the European Union must have a valid residence permit.

Project co-financed 40% by the European Social Fund Plus and the Regional Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs of the Community of Madrid.
