Gran Canaria : February 6, 2023
Setting the beat and with very danceable rhythms, we have received in our Radio Terrícola studios in Gran Canaria the fantastic music group D'Music. Juan Santiago Herrera, keyboardist and creator of the group, and his wife Erica Jiménez, vocalist, have come on behalf of the band to share with us a very musical morning.
As every week, our reporters have been in front of the microphones with a clear objective: to get to know our guests in depth by making them enjoy themselves as much as possible. We have talked about the recent origins of the group, a group that was created in 2016 and quickly began to have their first performances the following year. We have also discovered what they did before being part of D'Music, as well as the keys to its success.
In this success, we know that the main thing has been their good music and their professionalism, but we wanted to take the opportunity to ask about what some artists talk about, those superstitions or rituals that they repeat before starting a performance so that everything goes well. Both our presenters and our The interviewees are clear, the important thing is to leave superstitions behind and enjoy the music and the show, something they have done on many occasions, including the concert they gave at the emblematic festival of the branch in the municipality of Agaete, where more than 10,000 people attended.
Merengue, bachata, cumbia or rancheras are just some of the styles they play, but they are not afraid of anything and, for that reason, we have been able to enjoy them live with an a cappella song that has made us dance all over the studio.
We have enjoyed enormously with our guests and we promise to return with all the members of the group to participate in one of our parties with their wonderful music and songs.
Thank you very much and we are waiting for you!
