Today we have lived a memorable day for Radio Terrícola in an exclusive event, broadcasting live from our mobile unit at the Somontes Sports Club to celebrate Ineco Day in style. Among the more than 1,500 guests, Envera was part of this important day, sending an outstanding cast of experienced Radio Terrícola reporters, together with the team responsible for the handicraft workshops of the Envera Occupational Center in Colmenar Viejo. We could not miss.
After setting up our equipment in a kind of macro igloo, the set looked very photogenic and operational to welcome our illustrious guests. The program began with a bang when we welcomed Carmen Librero, president of Ineco, to our microphones. We talked to her about the festive day we were celebrating, but also about the "Atenea" Strategic Plan, solidarity and even music.
Subsequently, Blanca López, participant in the "Mujeres In" Program; Dulce Galán, veteran Ineco topographer; Alba González, a promising young woman in the company; Carolina Sanz, Project Manager; and María del Señor, participant in the international HS2 project, all spoke about the role of women in the organization, the challenges they face on a daily basis and the future. All of them talked to us about the role of women in the organization, the challenges they face every day and in the future.
Ineco is undoubtedly a supportive company and has not hesitated to actively join the fight to achieve the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. We talked to 4 volunteers about all this and their own experiences: Estrella Carrera, Reyes Magos Campaign Volunteer; David Oliver, Ineco en Ruta Program Volunteer; Beatriz Izquierdo, Senior Companion Day Volunteer; and Teresa Martín, Solidarity Race Volunteer.
Finally, mention was made of the awards in recognition of talent and ingenuity within the company, with representatives of the winning teams.
The program ended after singing happy birthday to Francisco, peculiar reporter of Radio Terrícola, a media discovery on the airwaves and without whom and without his colleagues: Carlota Bollero, Carlota de Castro, Antonio Martín "Michael", along with the monitors of the Envera Occupational Center, Esther Cornejo and Adrian Llopis, offered a recital of good radio work and unparalleled sympathy.
For our part, we would like to add that it was an unforgettable experience, where we gave our all and also felt part of what Ineco represents. Thanks to the organization and to the people in charge of Ineco for making us part of their great day.
