Islazul has decided to support Grupo Envera - Asociación de Empleados de Iberia Padres de Personas con Discapacidad with the opening of ENVERA Punto de Inclusión in the shopping center, a unique and pioneering project in Europe in the shopping center sector.

In line with its Corporate Social Responsibility policy, Islazul has donated premises (located on the second floor) to support the initiative ENVERA Inclusion Point initiative, firmly committed to a social and labor project based on equal opportunities and social justice.

Envera Inclusion Point Programming

This space has a special morning (11:45 am to 3:00 pm) and afternoon (4:45 pm to 8:00 pm) schedule on weekdays and weekends (12:15 pm to 3:15 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm) during which various activities are carried out:

Solidarity sale at Envera Inclusion Point

Visitors who come to the Inclusion Point will be able to purchase handcrafted products such as costume jewelry, key chains, jars of sweets with funny messages, lamps, etc., made by the users of the Occupational Center and the Residence for the Elderly of 45 years of age with premature aging that Envera manages in Colmenar Viejo.

In addition, in this space you can discover objects forgotten in airplane cabins and lost suitcases that after the legal period have not been claimed and their owners have not been identified and that Iberia donates to Envera's project. The transportation, handling, sorting and cleaning of these objects and garments is carried out at the Special Employment Center, giving a second chance to products through solidary recycling in what we call the Journey of Life. The price of all these products starts from a symbolic minimum, but it is each customer who sets the final price according to the value he/she considers that the product has and the underlying work involved in recycling in solidarity. The items available to the public are very varied: from clothing, accessories, bags, musical instruments, souvenirs, books in various languages, trolleys and travel cribs, to other more surprising items such as a surfboard or a Venetian mask.

All proceeds go to Envera's projects, which each year serves 2,500 people with disabilities in its infant and child neurodevelopment services, early care, training, occupational and day center, and residences; it employs 468 people with functional diversity and prepares more than 300 athletes; it has the support of 250 volunteers and a hundred collaborating entities.
