In view of the exceptional situation we are experiencing, Envera offers our beneficiaries, workers, families, clients, collaborators and visitors all the information about the actions we are carrying out in these difficult times, where working together will once again be the key to success for all of us.

Envera is always in close coordination with the health and social policy authorities. Today, as always, people come first for Envera, and their well-being and the protection of their jobs and care are our driving mission.

To avoid the spread of the virus, it is everyone's responsibility to stay at home whenever possible and to respect the times when it is allowed to go out.

  • PREVENTIVE MEASURES

Following the indications of the Ministry of Health, as well as those of the Regional Ministries of Madrid, Catalonia, Andalusia and the Canary Islands, Envera has taken the following measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus both in the Assistance Services (early care, occupational centers, day care centers and residences) and in the Employment Areas. These indications have been passed on to the families, beneficiaries and professionals that make up Envera for their knowledge:

During the crisis it was established that:

  1. Envera's training centers in Madrid and theCanary Islands will not have face-to-face activities. Envera's Training Service will propose the necessary on-line activities to give continuity to the training plans.
  2. Limitation of visits to residences.
  3. Temporary closure of the Colmenar Viejo, Madrid and Gran Canaria Occupational Centers and the Day Center.
  4. Temporary closure of the Early Care and Neurodevelopment Service.
  5. Cancellation of off-site activities.
  6. Delivery of health promotion workshops for all beneficiaries.
  7. Increased hygiene measures and additional hand washing protocols are implemented in each service.
  8. We enable exclusive rooms for possible isolation. This way we guarantee the best care and well-being of our residents.

Areas of employment

  1. We provide accessible information on advice and action protocols to prevent contagion as well as in the event of possible cases.
  2. We promote teleworking and flexible working hours in those cases where it is possible.
  3. We take hygiene and PRL measures to the extreme.
  4. We implement specific prevention and action protocols according to the recommendations of the health authorities.
  5. We establish contingency plans to guarantee the maintenance of jobs.
  6. Coordination with clients, suppliers and other collaborating entities before the possible implementation of joint protocols.
  7. Temporary closure of the Envera Inclusion Point in coordination with Islazul Shopping Center and Carrefour.

 

We continue with our essential activities in the Special Employment Centers following the indications of the authorities, in our responsibility towards customers and collaborators and, above all, with our commitment to maintain jobs.

On many occasions, crises become an opportunity, for which we thank our clients and collaborating companies for their trust in the services that Envera offers them and that help us to provide stability and make sustainable the social work that we carry out and thanks to which we serve 2,500 people with intellectual disabilities every year and provide stable employment to more than 650.
