The Regional Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Policy of the Community of Madrid, through the General Directorate for Evaluation, Quality and Innovation, has included in its Bank of Good Practices in social care centers and services the 'Good Morning Workshop' designed and implemented by professionals of the Envera Day Center for People with Great Support Needs.
As stated by the Regional Ministry itself, good practices are initiatives to improve social care centers and services in the Community of Madrid, with the aim of increasing the quality of care provided to users.
The "Good Morning Workshop" comprises three activities: clocking in (attendance), calendar and menu; and is held every day after the arrival of people with intellectual disabilities at the Envera Day Center.
These three activities are especially aimed at working on spatial and temporal orientation, cognitive accessibility and knowledge of all the activities in which
