The students of the Secondary and Vocational Training Program developed by Envera - Association of Iberia Employees, Parents of People with Disabilities have been received this Monday by Soledad Becerril at the Ombudsman's headquarters in Madrid.
The students learned about the functions performed by the Ombudsman's Office in order to "protect citizens' rights and human rights", as the Ombudsman explained to them.
They also learned how to file a complaint with the Ombudsman, "an institution that protects us all", and how to use the resources available on the Ombudsman's web portal.
Before the end of the meeting, the children were given a guided tour of the different rooms of the headquarters and thanked the Ombudsman and her team for the courtesy and courtesy with which they were treated.
