This Tuesday took place at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando the award ceremony of the VIII Justice and Disability Forum Awards, organized by the General Council of the Judiciary and chaired by Her Majesty Queen Letizia.
Students from the Envera Group's training program attended the event, representing this group to which the Justice and Disability Forum dedicates its work.
The Queen was joined by the President of the Supreme Court and the General Council of the Judiciary, Carlos Lesmes; the Minister of Justice, Rafael Catalá; the Attorney General of the State, Consuelo Madrigal; the Ombudsman, Soledad Becerril; and the Director of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando, Fernando de Terán.
Thanks to the kindness and closeness of all of them, the students have been able to meet them in person, as well as talk, exchange opinions and take pictures after the awards ceremony. Doña Letizia wanted to know firsthand the day to day life of Envera students with whom she was talking for a long time and for whom she had numerous tokens of affection.
These awards seek to recognize individuals and entities dedicated to supporting the inclusion of people with disabilities. In this VIII edition, the winners were Juan Carlos Iturri, delegate of Disability in País Vaso, Seguros Pelayo, Solidaridad digital and Plena Inclusión España, to whose regional entity in Madrid belongs Grupo Envera.
With activities like these, the training department aims to energize training activities, motivate our students and involve them in institutional events that show the social relevance given to the field of disability.
