Nearly one hundred people with disabilities have obtained employment since last July thanks to the call for grants promoted by ENAIRE and in which Envera's project obtained the highest score.
ENAIRE is thus positioned as an exemplary entity in the public sector for the labor inclusion of people with disabilities, contributing to equal opportunities and to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with the firm commitment that no one is left behind.
Envera's Labor Insertion Service (SIL) indicates that this "achieves 50% of the insertions that both entities have set for 180 people with disabilities to get a job during this year. We continue working to achieve the project's objective with the support of these positive figures".
Although the health crisis derived from COVID-19, which has also become an economic and social crisis, has hindered the access to employment of people with disabilities, SIL has achieved, thanks to ENAIRE's support, 90 insertions in companies through Envera's delegations in Madrid, the Canary Islands, Barcelona and Malaga. Besides, 94 offers from companies which have joined this inclusion project have also been processed.

The ENAIRE Project is a global initiative through which Envera also offers support and training to people with disabilities in active search of employment, prepares individualized job placement itineraries, accompanies candidates until they are fully integrated into the workplace and develops awareness campaigns and social responsibility (CSR) consulting for companies.
Both Envera and ENAIRE develop joint activities in their commitment to the SDGs established by the UN in the 2030 Agenda. With the ENAIRE Project for job placement for people with intellectual disabilities, Envera contributes to eleven of the 17 SDGs, including the end of poverty, gender equality, decent work and the creation of partnerships.
