NOTICE AND ACCEPTANCE ON THE USE OF THE COMPLAINTS CHANNEL:

GRUPO ENVERA makes available to all citizens, mainly employees, customers and suppliers, an internal whistleblower channel so that they can report any irregularities, illegal or criminal behavior that they detect within Grupo Envera, as permitted by current legislation: Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.

The purpose of the channel is to report irregularities, illegal acts or crimes of any kind detected within the entity.

Therefore, as a user of the channel, I hereby inform you that this communication is made in good faith and that, unless there is an error or involuntary omission, the information provided in this form is true. 

DATA PROTECTION NOTICE:

In compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Personal Rights (LOPDGDD) I acknowledge having been informed and expressly consent that my personal data, as well as the data of the denouncer and third parties that I provide, are incorporated into the Register of Processing Activities owned by IBERIA EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION OF PARENTS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, being this the Responsible for the treatment.

The data will be treated with the purpose of managing the complaints with the strictest confidentiality, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access to them, and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless legally required. The legitimate basis for the processing of your data is the legal obligation. We inform you that no international transfers or profile analysis will be carried out.

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion or limitation to the processing of your data, as well as the rest of the rights established by the current legislation, you can send a request to our Data Protection Delegate gdpr@grupoenvera.org. You can also file a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that your rights have been violated. (www.aepd.es).
