Gran Canaria : June 27, 2022
On Friday, June 17, we had the pleasure of welcoming Jazael Quevedo, creator of the Facebook account Hoy por ti Gran Canaria, aimed at helping people without resources, to our Radio Terrícola studios in Gran Canaria.
Throughout the interview we have been able to know how the idea of undertaking this generous initiative came up and also how they carry out this help. Our reporters and all the beneficiaries of the Envera Occupational Center have put their hearts and hands at the service of this wonderful initiative to help people without resources and, after knowing what products are most needed and at what time of the year their collaboration is most requested, we have decided to collaborate with "Hoy por ti, Gran Canaria" with a food collection.
From Radio Terrícola and from Envera we will always be grateful to people like Jazael who put the needs of others before their own, setting an example of something that we repeat a lot in Envera and that is that "a society cannot advance if a part of it is left behind".
