PFAE AGROCULTURA ENVERA delivers to the Food Bank of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria the last production harvested in the farm where they put into practice the knowledge acquired in the Certificate of Professionalism in Horticulture and Floriculture level 2.
The 15 students/workers of this project are people with disabilities who already have training in agriculture level 1 and opt to obtain 2 certificates of professionalism level 2 of the agricultural family, and training in labor orientation, occupational health and safety, how to create your own business, computer literacy and key competencies level 3.
Its ultimate goal is to improve the employability of unemployed people with disabilities through the acquisition of the necessary skills and competencies, so that they can be incorporated into the labor market in a stable and lasting manner over time.
And with the commitment of job placement for 3 of them at the end of the project.
