The week has started very lively at Radio Terrícola, as usual. The craziest carnivals imaginable are already upon us in Envera, where the collective euphoria has gathered a huge mass in the vicinity of the radio studio. As a prelude to what is to come, the first masks, outlandish costumes and beads have made their appearance among the audience, hiding some smiling and expectant faces. Here we go!
Well into the carnival program, two female silhouettes advanced towards the microphones adopting a casual pose, but also one of surprise and a little frightened. It was no wonder, some 130 people were watching them, scrutinizing even the slightest gesture. Isabel García and Pilar Pérez were our expected guests who had just visited a good part of the facilities at the Special Disability Center that Envera has in Colmenar Viejo. Undoubtedly, a good trip that our Communication colleagues, Virginia and David, will have been in charge of documenting as it should.
They told us about them, about the work they do at AXA Seguros, where they are dedicated to developing projects aimed at diversity and inclusion in the company's labor policy, to promote volunteering through AXA de Todo Corazón on issues as broad as the environment, health, disability or culture. A daily challenge that fulfills AXA's social commitment.
Confident in their words, they have come out of the third degree to which they have been subjected by the unpredictable talk show hosts and have had no choice but to give a detailed account of their professional actions and, incidentally, reveal some of their more personal hobbies, such as traveling or writing.
A pleasant visit of mutual knowledge and with which we wanted to share the very essence of who we are and what we think. We are sure that there will be many more occasions where collaboration and understanding will bear the best fruits.
