More than 20 professionals from Carmila Spain have visited the Integral Center for Disability that we have in Colmenar Viejo. The relationship between Envera and Carmila goes back almost 8 years since the start of Envera Inclusion Pointa pioneering project in Europe of solidarity recycling and circular economy, in the Carrefour Ciudad de la Imagen Shopping Center (Pozuelo de Alarcón).
This would be followed by the Envera Inclusion Point in Carrefour Parquesol Valladolid (currently closed after the remodeling of the shopping center) and Carrefour Prat in Barcelona.
Thanks to Carmila's support for this project, which impacts eight Sustainable Development Goals of the UN Agenda 2030, Envera employs eight people with disabilities and has created two Solidarity Recycling Centers (Madrid and Barcelona) that manage objects lost in airplanes and airports to give them a second chance.
For this reason, at Envera we were very excited that Carmila's friends visited one of our most important centers, where they were able to see first-hand one of these Solidarity Recycling Centers, as well as the employment services we offer to companies and the assistance services we provide to more than 350 people with intellectual disabilities.
We also had the opportunity to listen to Marisol Álvarez, Director of Marketing and Communication; Luis de Llera, Director of Commercial Innovation and Specialty Leasing; and Coral Valle, Commercial Manager of Carmila Spain.
