These are a total of forty-four companies from various sectors with which Envera works to comply with the requirements of the General Law on Disability (LGD) and develop corporate social responsibility actions focused on the employment of people with disabilities, mostly intellectual.

The companies rated the work carried out during the past year with a 4.61 out of 5, highlighting the professionalism of the insertion technicians and the usefulness of the consultancy service. In addition, the vast majority (97.73%) expressed their willingness to continue working with Envera and would recommend it to other organizations.

Envera, as a non-profit organization working since 1977 for people with intellectual disabilities to occupy their place in the world with dignity, has extensive experience to advise and accompany companies in complying with the LGD, which requires companies with a workforce of more than 50 workers to hire a number of employees with disabilities not less than 2% or, if this is not possible, to implement alternative measures.

Envera performs an initial diagnosis to identify the degree of compliance with the LGD by the company and offers precise and customized solutions so that organizations can comply with the law and avoid both a possible sanction and a bad corporate image.

Envera offers its clients a comprehensive service and has professionals specialized in the selection of personnel with disabilities and integration, with or without support, in the workplace, outreach campaigns with awareness-raising activities among employees themselves, management of the certificate of exceptionality to comply with the LGD, corporate volunteering proposals, as well as the organization of social events. All of this is accompanied by a dissemination plan within the framework of the company's CSR strategy and the opportunity to obtain the Disfriendly Sealas a company that is friendly to people with intellectual disabilities.
