Envera, through its delegation in Malaga, works to offer stable and protected employment.

to people with disabilities at the Special Employment Center.

How Envera was born in Malaga

In 1979, Envera founded an Occupational Center in Malaga. Envera founded an Occupational Center in Malaga to meet the needs of people with disabilities in order to maintain their skills and improve their employability.

Between 1988 and 1989 the Special Employment Center was established and since 2000 it has been maintained in its current location near the Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport.

At present, Envera is declared as a Municipal Public Utility Entity by the City Council of Malaga.

Envera Services in Malaga

Through the Special Employment Center in Malaga, which employs 45 people with disabilities, Envera offers services of:

  • Waste treatment and recycling. Integral management of the recycling plant at Malaga Airport - Costa del Sol.
  • General cleanliness.
  • Handled and packaged.
  • Gardening.
  • Digital Services.

We also work with companies through our consulting service to help them comply with the General Law on Disability and include Competitive Social Responsibility (CSR) as a strategic element to meet their objectives.


Training and employment in Malaga

Envera, in its commitment to achieve the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities, supports training and job creation through its Labor Insertion Service (SIL) (SIL) and offers free courses to improve employability.
