Envera, through its delegation in Tenerife, offers employment training for people with disabilities who wish to improve their insertion opportunities as well as different services to companies through its Special Employment Center, which provides stable and supported employment.

This is how Envera began in Tenerife

In 1982 Envera started a Psychomotor and Speech Therapy Rehabilitation Center to meet the needs of children under 16 years of age with developmental disorders and an Occupational Center for people with adult disabilities.

In 1992, the current Special Employment Center the current Special Employment Center began its activity, specializing in handling activities and, later on, also specialized in gardening and cleaning tasks.

It is also currently developing, in collaboration with the Canary Islands Employment Service, training for employment.

Envera Services in Tenerife

A total of 15 people with disabilities are employed in Envera's services to companies in Tenerife.

We offer companies handling, gardening and cleaning services.

We also work with business organizations through our consulting service. consulting service to help them comply with the General Law on Disability and include Competitive Social Responsibility (CSR) as a strategic element to meet their objectives.

Envera chairs ARCEESCAN

The Association of Special Employment Centers (CEE) of Social Initiative of the Canary Islands was established in 2008 as a non-profit business organization of a sectoral nature and regional scope. It was created to bring together the Canarian CEEs and to become an interlocutor before the public administrations.


ARCEESCAN represents, promotes and defends the interests, both social and strategic, of its member EWCs with the aim of improving sheltered employment and promoting the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities.


We defend a model of quality employment for people with disabilities, considering that EWCs have a very important social impact and contribute to economic and sustainable growth.


ARCEESCAN is currently composed of thirteen Special Employment Centers of social initiative that employ about 800 workers with different disabilities.
