envera, Golden Antenna for its solidarity work with people with disabilities

The Jury of the Antenas de Oro awards, which are granted annually by the Federation of Spanish Radio and Television Associations after deliberation, has made public its awards for this 2014 edition, and has granted one of its Extraordinary Antennas to Grupo envera. The Jury has valued the "impressive work done for 37 years by an organization, which begins a new stage as envera, to continue fulfilling its commitments to provide employment and assistance to people with disabilities". Grupo envera is grateful for this recognition "for the work we carry out every day in favor of the development of people with disabilities, which is a challenge every day and which requires the necessary support to give sustainability to its employment project, to more than 500 people and assistance to 1,500 people with functional diversity in the different centers spread throughout Spain".

The award ceremony will take place during a gala dinner on Saturday, November 22, at the Gran Casino de Aranjuez and will be broadcast live on www.wouzee.com/es/channel/4285.

Other winners of these Antenas de Oro 2014 are: Radio 5, Paco González (COPE), José Luis Garci, Informe Semanal, Miguel Ángel Oliver, "Cuéntame" Series, José Ramón Pardo, Albert Boadella, Fundación Fernández Vega and in the Politics section the Minister of Public Works, Ana Pastor, and the Secretary General of the PSOE, Pedro Sánchez.

envera is a non-profit organization created at the initiative of Iberia employees, a benchmark in the social and labor assistance and integration of people with disabilities.

Declared of public utility, envera has been working for more than 37 years to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities. We serve more than 1,500 people with disabilities every year and employ more than 500 in our special employment centers.

We have a national presence in the cities of Madrid, Malaga, Barcelona, Tenerife and Las Palmas. All this is possible thanks to a team of more than 550 professionals, with and without disabilities, who contribute daily to achieve a common goal and to whom we owe the recognition of this Golden Antenna.
