Given the current crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, aware of the difficult social and labor situation that we have had to live and that makes us have to emotionally manage such delicate moments, from the direction of Envera Care Services, and with the professional contribution of the team of health psychologists of Early Care, the COVID-19 Psychological Support Service is launched, aimed at:
- Envera workers, both those who are at their usual jobs and those who are at home due to different circumstances.
- Members of Envera.
- Envera volunteers.
From Monday, April 13, this COVID-19 Psychological Support Service will provide telephone and e-mail assistance to those who need it from 9:00 to 14:00 hours from Monday to Friday. Workers who so wish may contact the Support Unit (UNAP).
The objective of this new psychological service is to provide recommendations and guidelines to promote the best way to face with strength and courage states of stress, anxiety, anguish and uncertainty derived from this crisis situation in which we live, as well as to provide tools to overcome pre-bereavement and mourning phases when our relatives are both in a critical state of health and after their death.
