From the Support Unit (UNAP) of Envera we compiled the main social policy measures promoted by the Community of Madrid and the Government of Spain and from which people with intellectual disabilities can benefit.
Envera would like to offer this useful information to workers, beneficiaries and their families so that they can learn about the resources available to them without leaving home.
1- WATER AND ENERGY SUPPLIES, SOCIAL VOUCHER AND WATER BILL REBATE
People considered vulnerable or at risk of social exclusion will not be able to have their supplies cut off for one month. Those who are enjoying the social voucher will have it automatically extended until September 15: More information

3- CARE IN SOCIAL SERVICES
The Social Services centers continue with their activities, even if not in person. If you need it, please contact your nearest center by phone or e-mail.
4- RENT REDUCTION FOR SOCIAL HOUSING RENTS
Information for tenants of social housing on the reduction of the price of rent to which they are entitled for being in a situation of vulnerability by the COVID-19, as well as those entrepreneurs who have businesses in the commercial premises of the properties of the Social Housing Agency (AVS).

6- RENEWAL OF PRESCRIPTIONS AND HOSPITAL MEDICATIONS

7- PROCESSING OF SICK LEAVE
As of March 24, 2020, sick leave, confirmation reports and medical discharges will be processed by telephone. The reports are sent electronically to the company..

All services related to the prevention and/or attention to possible cases of gender violence are kept operational through telephone or telematic attention.
