The Director of Support and Care Services, Ana Magalló, together with a representation of beneficiaries and professionals from the Occupational Center and the Residence for people over 45 years of age, represented Envera - Association of Iberia Employees Parents of People with Disabilities in the visit to AKI's facilities in Colmenar Viejo where the donation of tools and equipment that will contribute to making Envera's new ecological project possible took place.
In July, employees of AKI, specialists in DIY, gardening and decoration, gave workshops to people with intellectual disabilities on the care of landscaped areas during a day of Corporate Volunteering held at the headquarters of Envera.
With these initiatives, AKI supports the work of Envera and an innovative project that will mean new opportunities for the disabled beneficiaries of the Occupational Center, Day Center and Residences and for Colmenar Viejo.
