Envera - Iberia's social work - has strengthened its project for the employment of people with intellectual disabilities in the MICE sector through an agreement with the Spanish Association of Event Staffing Agencies(ADEAPE) that will allow both entities to collaborate to promote the employment of people with disabilities, generating opportunities for inclusion and favoring the organization of sustainable events with social impact.
Envera's Training and Labor Insertion Service, through its Destination Employment Programhas an initiative for young people with intellectual disabilities to work as event staff in a sector that is in full growth, as is the MICE(meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions, and that, according to recent statements by Cristina Montalvá (FEMP), "is the sector that contributes most to the cities".

Envera's event staff has already participated in major events such as the last two editions of Fitur within the Iberia stand, the national meeting of OPC Spain, the JTI Annual Convention in Port Aventura or the TEDAE (Spanish Association of Defense, Security, Aeronautics and Space Technology Companies) Awards Ceremony.

Also thanks to Iberia's commitment, Envera's professionals with disabilities regularly participate in the development of meetings, seminars and training organized by the airline for its own employees.
With the incorporation of Envera as a partner of ADEAPE, "we reaffirm our commitment to generate new opportunities for people with disabilities in collaboration with the organization that leads the agencies of this sector so important for our country, contributing our own experience in social sustainability and comprehensive accessibility," explained Enrique Grande, Envera's CEO.
For her part, the president of ADEAPE, Belén Valentín-Gamazo, met the Envera students who are preparing to work as event staff at its Madrid headquarters and shared with them the enthusiasm of being able to count on their "talent, their desire to work and their professionalism".

In this sense, Best Way Events has become the first agency to sign a collaboration agreement with Envera to promote social responsibility in activities that help improve the quality of life of people with disabilities or in situations of social vulnerability.
