Envera, through the Sponsorship of Actions within the framework of Ineco's Plan Iguales, will develop during 2025 the following project Ineco INspira Classroom to improve the employability of people with disabilities who will participate in different training activities and employment workshops to promote their inclusion in the labor market.
This collaboration between Ineco and Envera reaffirms the commitment of both entities to the training, preparation and integration of people with disabilities, especially intellectual disabilities.
The project, developed by Envera's Labor Insertion Service (SIL), includes five training courses and three workshops designed to enhance key skills in the work environment.
Each of the training activities will be aimed at groups of between five and ten people with disabilities, thus providing personalized attention tailored to the needs of each participant.
TRAINING ACTIONS
- Administrative support training (2 editions)
Students will learn to perform basic administrative functions, including the classification, recording and filing of documents according to business standards.
- Document management training
The course will provide knowledge on digital document management and integrated document management systems, promoting access to employment in digital environments.
- Environmental training (2 editions)
The fundamental principles of sustainability, the efficient management of resources such as water and energy, as well as the identification of environmental risks will be addressed.
WORKSHOPS
- Stress management
Attendees will be taught to understand the impact of stress on their lives and to develop strategies for self-care and emotional regulation, improving their work, personal and social skills.
- Customer Service
Students will be equipped with the tools to deliver a quality customer experience, personalize service and manage requests and complaints effectively.
- Time management
Participants will develop skills for efficient task organization and time optimization in their workday.
COMPLEMENTARY ACTIVITIES
The project also includes sessions on job search techniques, sending applications to Ineco to meet the demand for employment and managing job offers, as well as an awareness day to promote inclusion in Ineco's work environment.
