Envera and Africa por ti have sent and delivered sunglasses and medicines to children with albinism in Mozambique. Both entities have a collaboration agreement to donate material to different cooperation projects in Africa.
The Envera Solidarity Recycling Center, managed by people with disabilities, has prepared the materials, including sunglasses, sunscreen and other medications specifically for people with albinism, to be taken to the African country and then delivered directly to the field in collaboration with Azemap, a volunteer organization dedicated to supporting people with albinism.

As Samer Muscati, associate director of the Disability Rights Division at Human Rights Watch, notes, "Albinism, a genetic condition characterized by reduced melanin production in the skin, eyes and hair, exposes people to a world of prejudice, discrimination and even violence."
Albinism affects one in 15,000 people according to the Spanish Society of Internal Medicine and can also cause medical problems such as vision difficulties, photophobia and malignant skin tumors, among others.
Africa for you, Azemap and Envera have joined forces to distribute the material in the districts of Macanga, Ulongué and Zobue, in the province of Tete, and in the province of Beira.
Africa por ti is part of the network of alliances that Envera has woven to support the social work of other NGOs such as Red Cross, Caritas, Food Bank, Mensajeros de la Paz, Soñar Despìerto, Escuela de Fútbol 'Vicente del Bosque' (Senegal), AUDE (Rwanda), Voluntarios por África (Ethiopia), Hombre Nuevo Tierra Nueva (Cuba), etc., and which helps more than 25,000 vulnerable families in Spain and abroad.
In this way, Envera, together with the companies that support its work, impacts 11 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN Agenda 2030.
