Last May, the Ibercaja 2022 Social Projects Project ended, with which the entity has supported Envera's Labor Insertion Service (SIL) to promote the employment of women with disabilities, especially in ordinary companies.
Over the past year and with the support of SIL professionals, 31 women with disabilities gained access to employment thanks to Envera.
The beginning of this collaboration began in July 2022 at the ceremony of the Social Agreements of Fundación Ibercaja, which was chaired by José Luis Rodrigo, general director of Fundación Ibercaja and José Vicente Marco, territorial director of Madrid and Northwest.
This is just one of several initiatives with which the Ibercaja Foundation has recently collaborated with Envera's social mission to help people with disabilities take their place in the world with dignity. In the Envera 2022 Solidarity Calendar, Ibercaja was one of the Madrid Business Forum organizations featured. In addition, the Foundation has also supported the equipment of a Multisensory Space for people with intellectual disabilities and the acquisition of a climbing wall that benefits 200 children with disabilities and developmental disorders.
