Envera Group joins DEC


Grupo envera has recently joined, as a member, the Customer Experience Development Association (DEC), whose objective is to promote the development and implementation of best practices and the pursuit of excellence in Customer Experience.

DEC's actions are focused on ensuring that member companies are recognized for delivering a unique, differential and profitable experience, generating strong ties with customers and sustainable results over time.

Among other aspects, DEC develops events, reports, initiatives and training activities that provide tools and knowledge to enhance customer experience dynamics.

Among the founding companies of the DEC Association, the following stand out: Aegon, Aena Aeropuertos, Alsa, Altadis, Asisa, Banco Santander, Bain&Company, Cetelem, Cigna, Coca-Cola, Correos, Endesa, E-on, EOI, Everis, Gas Natural Fenosa, Grass Roots, IATA, Iberia or Salesforce.

Currently, DEC is made up of nearly 60 companies and more than 40 individual partners.
