  • Interview on Radio Terrícola to two representatives of the Training and Talent Management Sub-Directorate.

Madrid | November 28, 2023

Raquel Cembellín and Álvaro Gilaberte, from Ineco's Training and Talent Management Department, visited the Envera Building and Radio Terrícola reporters took the opportunity to interview them in the studio of the Envera Occupational Center in Madrid.

They both learned about Envera's Training and Job Placement Service, which has begun to work hand in hand with Ineco's Human Resources Department to promote the employment of people with disabilities in the company's different areas of activity, which, as they explained at the microphones, are many and varied.

Álvaro explained, based on his own experience, how Ineco is characterized as an inclusive company that recognizes people's talent, regardless of whether or not they have a disability.

For her part, Raquel told how they work at Ineco to promote labor inclusion and both provided valuable advice to Envera's training students, for example, on how to prepare a good résumé or how to successfully face a job interview.

Envera and Ineco have been working together for years through the contracting of services by the state-owned company, which depends on the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, and which allows the creation of jobs for people with disabilities. In addition, both entities collaborate in cooperation projects (such as support for the Vicente del Bosque Soccer School in Senegal), in the development of inclusive technologies or in the organization of socially responsible events(Ineco Day, Ineco en Familia, etc.).

Envera and its sports ambassador, Vicente del Bosque, score a goal against leukemia together with INECO and the José Carreras Foundation.
