Sapos y Princesas, a media specialized in helping people committed to education through the dissemination of educational, cultural, leisure and universal values, and Envera, a non-profit organization that works for the social and labor integration of people with intellectual disabilities, have signed an agreement to promote the integration of children with intellectual disabilities through the regular publication of articles on disability and childhood, as well as the dissemination of activities that promote inclusion and equal opportunities.

Nora Kurtin, founder and CEO of Sapos y Princesas, and José Antonio Quintero, president of Envera, signed the collaboration agreement at the Comprehensive Disability Center that Envera has in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid) before stopping by the microphones of Radio Terrícola and explaining to the reporters of the Occupational Center what this agreement will consist of.

In this way, Sapos y Princesas offers an important media loudspeaker among families to show the reality faced every day by children with intellectual disabilities and their families, which Envera serves through its Early Care and Neurodevelopmental Service for Children and Adolescents, a benchmark in assisting children with disabilities or developmental disorders.

For Nora Kurtin "in an increasingly global and competitive world, we need to accommodate all people knowing that each one has a place in society and brings value to it from their own perspective. Thanks to this agreement with Envera, we will give visibility to their work by showing families that it is possible to work towards a more inclusive and empathetic society with different people".

For his part, José Antonio Quintero stressed that "thanks to this collaboration advances, on the one hand, in the normalization of children with intellectual disabilities and their families in everyday life and, on the other, advises families and professionals in the attention to diversity, providing the experience that Envera has been collecting in the last 42 years. Thanks to Sapos y Princesas we can continue to demonstrate that there is no one worse or better, just different, and that if we have the opportunity, we can all be the best at something, also our children".
