Julián Pérez gave a workshop, last Thursday, March 23, in our Envera's Job Placement Service's Faena Club, on self-exploration of skills and strengths, accompanied by his wife Verónica Arredondo.
The students were able to participate in a dynamic and active way through questions, learning new tools to manage the continuous changes and transformations both for labor integration and to face the day to day of their lives.
Julian is one of the leading experts in change management and transformation, focused on strategy, leadership and organizational culture, with more than 25 years of professional experience in Europe, Latin America and the United States. He has led projects in organizations of the main sectors directing and executing business transformation programs.
At the end of the workshop, Julian and Veronica stopped by Radio Terrícola and talked to us about their origins, their vocation, their strengths and what they have learned at Envera.
