On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Envera organized a cineforum on the documentary short film El vuelo de Michael that tells the story of the world's only terrevuelo commander, Antonio Martín "Michael", an Envera beneficiary and multifaceted artist whose enthusiasm for audiovisual creations has led him to become in 2018 the first photographer with intellectual disabilities to be part of the prestigious PHotoEspaña festival with his exhibition Al borde del aeropuerto.

The cineforum was held at the Casa de Vacas cultural center in El Retiro (Madrid), and was attended by the delegate of the Area of Families, Equality and Social Welfare of the Madrid City Council, Pepe Aniorte; the filmmaker Fernando Colomo; the head of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of Iberia, Alba Barrantes; the protagonist of the short film, Antonio Martín "Michael"; and its director, Jesús de Frutos.

Also in attendance were Raúl Medina, director general of civil aviation of the Ministry of Development; Lola Chamero, director of Casa de Vacas; María Alonso, office manager of Nuveen Real Estate; Carlos de Sandoval, president of Aviación Sin Fronteras; and José Antonio Quintero, president of Envera.

The mayor of Madrid was in charge of opening the event and said that "it is a luxury to be here with you on such an important day. It is a great challenge to give voice and visibility to people with disabilities, something we are achieving together". Aniorte announced that "in 2020, from the Madrid City Council, we will launch the Office of Independent Living to facilitate access to people with disabilities to all their rights and we will promote the work with the Office of Universal Accessibility".

Virginia Ródenas, Envera's Director of Communication and Institutional Relations, moderated the round table discussion in which the other guests participated.
