Delegations

In collaboration with

Red Cross and Envera, on the same wavelength.

Madrid | June 4, 2019

The visit of Sara Roldán, vice-president of the Regional Assembly of Tres Cantos and Cuenca Alta del Manzanares, together with Antonio Díaz, its technical director, both belonging to the Red Cross, has given a doubly ambitious dimension to the programming that we usually carry out in Radio Terrícola. Envera, as an NGO that represents diversity, labor inclusion and support for people with intellectual disabilities, and Red Cross, whose principles of impartiality, neutrality, independence, volunteerism and universality, which synthesizes its work in aid actions, we found that both organizations complement each other rowing in the same direction, fighting for the same causes and trying to improve the lives of those who have it more complicated.
We are blood brothers and today we have shown it even more.

For 150 years we have seen the Red Cross flag flying wherever help is needed, wherever catastrophe chills our souls, at thousands of events, in the crowds, and also in that small street where someone has collapsed and raises his hand waiting for another to lean on.

All thanks to the generosity of people who altruistically dedicate their time to others, who believe in others and without whom this world would be terribly worse.

Sara and Antonio, two greats within the organization and two greats in life, with years of experience, vocation in abundance and willing to give everything for those principles that summarize the Red Cross motto: "Ever closer to the people". Their words on the terrestrial airwaves will not leave you indifferent.

Today, Envera and the Red Cross are taking a step forward, thinking about the prosperity of our relations, strengthening the bonds of collaboration, and a common objective: to join forces and achieve our commitment to a better world.

Thank you very much for your visit and congratulations for what you are and what you represent.

See you next time !
