In the middle of the year, and already with the inauguration of the new Metro headquarters, Envera students will start working in auxiliary areas of the company linked to the provision of internal services. This initiative is the result of the collaboration agreement between Metro de Madrid and the Envera Group - Iberia Employees Association of Parents of People with Disabilities, which will enable students with intellectual disabilities, included in the group's job placement itineraries, to complete their practical training, thus favoring their labor insertion and their progressive incorporation into the different areas of society in a normalized and inclusive manner.

The students of the Vocational Training Program in Auxiliary Operations of Administrative and General Services and those students who have completed training actions in the Envera Group's Labor Insertion Service will benefit from this agreement.

The announcement was made at Embajadores station on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which will take place tomorrow, December 3, where a mural was unveiled, recalling the rights of persons with disabilities as set out in the International Convention.

The event was also attended by the CEO of Metro, Silvia Roldán; the general manager of Envera, Enrique Grande; students and beneficiaries of Envera, as well as young people from the Esfera Foundation who read a manifesto in favor of inclusion.
