Envera - AsociaciĂłn de Empleados de Iberia Padres de Personas con Discapacidad, receives the Honorable Mention at the Barajas Sports Gala for its promotion of inclusion and sports activities for people with disabilities, especially intellectual disabilities.
The distinction was awarded this Friday by the councilman of the Madrid City Council and president of the Municipal Board of Barajas, Juan Peña Ochoa; together with the Head of Participation and Citizen Services, Alfredo Nuño; and the head of the Sports Unit, Nieves Romero; of the Madrid District.
Envera receives the Honorable Mention at the Barajas Sports Gala for promoting inclusion and sports for people with disabilities.

Envera, which counts with the former national team coach Vicente del Bosque as its sports ambassador, has been developing inclusive sports in Spain for more than 30 years with its own sports club, ĂŤcaro Envera, and being part of international, national and regional organizations such as Special Olympics, FEDDI or FEMADDI, and supporting Paralympic sports.
