More than 20 representatives of the Rotary Club District 2021 visited our facilities in Colmenar Viejo. The purpose of the visit was to learn first-hand about the social work of Grupo envera.

The talk was given by Mr. Juan Enrique Vázquez Menlle, PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology (UAM), Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Sport (UPM), and professor of Physical Activity and Sport for people with functional diversity.

The PP candidate for the Tetuán district council, Paloma García Romero, and the candidate for regional deputy, Tomás Serrano, have visited the facilities of the new center that Grupo Envera has built to care for 116 people with functional diversity.

Last Saturday 25th, employees of the company Roth and the non-profit organization Special Olympics Madrid, played different basketball games at the Pabellón envera in Colmenar Viejo.

As in previous years, the Pabellón de envera hosted a new boccia championship of the Federación Madrileña de Deporte de Parálisis Cerebral, in which 50 athletes participated.

From Grupo envera, the Animal Assisted Therapy Program (AAT) that we carry out in the Support and Care Services of our Center in Colmenar Viejo, is a Dog Assisted Therapy program.
