Today we have had the pleasure of interviewing a person of calm appearance, endearing, journalist, music lover, sportsman, executive of one of the most important companies in this country, a very interesting character and, we have the feeling, also a great person. He is Paco Polo, DIRCOM of Ferrovial and a good friend of Envera.
This is the first time he has visited us, but he has known us for some years now, because his company has collaborated, and continues to collaborate, with Envera's special employment centers and today, finally, we have him here thanks to his friend Virginia Ródenas, our communications director.
On International Women's Day, we wanted to ask Paco about the situation of women at Ferrovial, a company that employs some 100,000 people around the world. He talked to us about how female participation has been increasing, even in management positions. She told us about the number of activities Ferrovial has been involved in for almost 70 years, some anecdotes, and also confessed her passion for Real Madrid, her love of sports in general, music and the Rolling Stones concerts she has attended, her childhood favorites.
Paco Polo got to know us a little better today and we got to know him too. We are sure that it will not be the last time we will see him here, either buying some good tomatoes in our orchard or in a new step on the radio, with a little more time, and to talk to us extensively about so many experiences that have been pending to narrate about his long professional and personal journey.
Thank you very much for your visit and for your sympathy, with which we all remain.
See you soon, Paco!
