"Envera Punto de Inclusión" represents Spain at the Zero Project Conference.

Envera will participate this Wednesday, February 10 at the Zero Project Conference, which takes place at the United Nations (UN) headquarters in Vienna and which each year recognizes the most impactful disability inclusion projects from around the world. In this edition of the Conference, which due to the current situation will be held virtually, "Envera Inclusion Point" will be presented, a pioneering project in Europe that celebrates five years as a benchmark in labor insertion and visibility of people with disabilities in shopping centers.
The Tutelar Envera Foundation grants scholarships to 17 people with intellectual disabilities to improve their quality of life.

The Tutelar Envera Foundation's mission is to watch over the rights and interests of people with intellectual disabilities when their family disappears or when they are in a situation of neglect. Since its creation in , and under the direction of the Board of Trustees - formed by Iberia, Airbus, Unisys and the president of Madrid Foro Empresarial, Hilario Alfaro - the Tutelar Envera Foundation provides answers to the big question of families: What will become of our child with a disability when we are gone? In 2020, the entity granted a total of seventeen scholarships for children, young people and adults with disabilities with the aim of ensuring that no one is left behind, especially in the face of the economic and social crisis we are experiencing.
Envera Inclusion Point celebrates five years as a pioneering CSR project in Europe

At the beginning of 2016, Envera Punto de Inclusión opened its doors for the first time in the Islazul shopping center (Madrid) as a pioneering project in Europe for the visibility, normalization and labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the heart of 20th century society: shopping centers. Today, on its fifth anniversary, Envera Punto de Inclusión has established itself as a benchmark in terms of social responsibility with the creation of a Solidarity Recycling Center and the maintenance of eleven direct jobs and more than thirty indirect jobs. In addition, it has recently been internationally recognized as one of the finalist initiatives in the Zero Project Awards to be presented on February 10 at the UN headquarters in Vienna.
Partnership between Envera and CEAR to serve a greater number of vulnerable people

Envera and the Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid (CEAR) have signed a collaboration agreement to jointly carry out, participate in and promote social responsibility actions to assist a greater number of refugees and people with disabilities in vulnerable situations. The general director of CEAR, Estrella Galán, and the president of Envera, José Antonio Quintero, have signed this agreement as the starting point of the collaboration actions between both social entities that will aim to ensure that no person is left behind in these times of health, social and economic crisis.
Envera joins "la Caixa" Foundation's Incorpora program for the seventh consecutive year.

Envera is part, as it has been doing since 2014, of the Incorpora program of the "la Caixa" Foundation, which aims to support networking between social organizations and companies to achieve the employment of vulnerable people or those at risk of exclusion. This was confirmed by the general manager of Envera, Enrique Grande, who signed the adhesion to Incorpora 2021 last Thursday.
Envera Shop, the online store for socially responsible shopping, is born

Envera Group, a non-profit organization with transparency accredited by the Lealtad Foundation and whose objective is the social and labor insertion of people with intellectual disabilities, has launched its own e-commerce platform, Envera Shop, to facilitate users and customers the purchase of products through the Internet, guaranteeing a responsible purchase that allows the preservation of employment and the creation of new jobs for people with disabilities such as the more than 650 people who work at Envera.

Envera participates in the campaign 'As close as ever', along with other entities and Plena Inclusión Madrid, to make visible the extraordinary effort made by social entities that manage residential care resources for people with intellectual disabilities and their professionals to maintain quality care during the most difficult months of the pandemic caused by COVID-19. The campaign aims to highlight the work carried out in these resources so that the quality of life of their residents with intellectual or developmental disabilities is not affected by the social, health and economic crisis.
Vaccination against COVID-19 begins in Envera

Beneficiaries and professionals of the residences for people with intellectual disabilities of Envera receive, between today and tomorrow, the first doses of the Pfizer and Biontech vaccine against COVID-19 as part of the priority groups established by the Ministry of Health in the National Vaccination Strategy and in coordination with the health authorities of the Community of Madrid. They are about a hundred people from the residence for adults with disabilities and the residence for people with high support needs of the Envera Integral Disability Center in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid) where forty people live.
Carols for inclusion

On November 20, the Islazul Shopping Center inaugurated its traditional lighting of lights with a virtual concert by the Mini Choir of the Grupo Concertante Talía, directed by Silvia Sanz, and with the collaboration of Envera Punto de Inclusión.
